Legendary Items are currently the highest rarity items, and they can be crafted using Blueprints or dropped during different encounters.
Important Notes:
- Crafting a legendary item will keep the same quality as the base item used. Same thing with its School of Magic.
- Legendary items can be reforged, they have a certain number of static stats and can have additional extra stats that are random.
- A lot of legendary items requires an Artifact to be crafted or reforged, it will provide a specific legendary power.
- Legendary Weapons can also have additional powers called Fabled_Attributes.
