Pagan Online has three difficulties, selectable by the player on the Missions tab.
Normal: Enemy numbers, damage, experience, glory multiplier and loot are not modified in any way.
Hard: Enemy numbers, damage, experience, glory multiplier and loot are moderately increased.
Master: Enemy numbers, damage, experience, glory multiplier and loot are significantly increased.
