Earn Potency Points with each level-up of a Hero and use it to either unlock a new Abilities or to enhance an already unlocked ability.
Max Number
When level 30 you have 29 Potency Points to spend.
You can have up to 10 Extra Points.
Extra Points
You can earn extra Potency Points by defending Shrine of Wisdom.
