Legendary Items are currently the highest rarity items, and they can be crafted using Blueprints or dropped during different encounters.
Important Notes:Crafting a legendary item will keep the same quality as the base item used. Same thing with its School of Magic.
Legendary items can be reforged, they have a certain number of static stats and can have additional extra stats that are random.
