Pagan Online has three difficulties, selectable by the player on the Missions tab.
File:Normal.PNG Normal: Enemy numbers, damage, experience, glory multiplier and loot are not modified in any way.
File:Hard.PNG Hard: Enemy numbers, damage, experience, glory multiplier and loot are moderately increased.
File:Master.PNG Master: Enemy numbers, damage, experience, glory multiplier and loot are significantly increased.
