Normal 100x100.png Normal: Enemy numbers, damage, experience, glory multiplier and loot are not modified in any way.

Hard 100x100.png Hard:

Enemy health pool roughly increased by 300% and damage by 100%

Environment interactables’ damage increased by 300%

Defense Missions: Shrine Health increased by 200%.

Master 100x100.png Master: Enemy numbers, damage, experience, glory multiplier and loot are significantly increased.
