Sailors that have sailed into heavy storms tell tales of the Astrophor, a figure floating in neither the sky nor the water, repeatedly being struck by lightning and surviving. Some of the tribes that live near Igman have a similar legend from a time when Igman was gushing with magma: a creature known as Astrophoros, emerging from the molten rock unscathed. Both of these legends are correct, and they describe the same being - a clash of two types of divine energy made flesh. |
